The format for this workout is: 30 seconds work with 15 seconds rest X 3 rounds

In this video you will see pull over sit ups & spotted dogs.

The format for this workout is tabata: 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest X 4 rounds

Day #3

In this video you will see kettlebell rows, walk to plank & alternating lunges.

The format for this workout is a descending pyramid with 15 reps, 10 reps & 5 reps on each exercise.

Day #4

In this video you will see burpees, high knees & star jumps.

The format for this workout is in a tabata style of 20 seconds work & 10 seconds rest X 3 rounds.

Day #5

In this video you will see rows & walk to plank.

The format for this workout is a descending pyramid with 10-1 reps on each exercise.

Day #6

In this video you will see kettlebell swings & cycling abs.

The format for this workout is tabata style, 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest X4.

Day #7

In this video you will see deadlifts, jumping lunges & shoulder presses.

The format for this workout is tabata style, 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest X4.

In this video you will see pullovers, squats & plank.

The format for this workout is  30 second work, 15 second rest X 3 rounds
