The Kettlebell classes concentrate on full body compound exercises for total body conditioning and strength. These exercise classes are ideal for anyone with weak lower back or postural problems. There are no complicated moves, so people with 2 left feet won’t feel out of place in this class!

Kettlebell training provides the most versatile and efficient way of exercising, working towards a leaner body and “melting” the body fat away! Moves include variations from Insanity workout by tv’s Biggest Loser instructors, as well as exercises from tabata and HIIT training styles
