Refund & Returns Policy

At Berkshire Fitness, most of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. This means your item is custom-printed just for you. As such, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances outlined below.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

We gladly offer refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The print quality is blurry or incorrect

  • The item received is not what you ordered

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Email us at lee@berkshirefitness.co.uk and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour

  • Dislike of the design after purchase

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

⏱️ Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement items are re-printed and shipped directly from our print partner as quickly as possible.
