At Berkshire Fitness, most of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. This includes physical items like clothing, mugs, and accessories. We also offer digital downloads such as audio tracks and wellness content. Please read the following carefully.
🔁 Refunds & Replacements
We gladly offer refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective

The print quality is blurry or incorrect

The item received is not what you ordered
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Email us at lee@berkshirefitness.co.uk and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 working days.
💾 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a technical issue that prevents you from receiving the product.
If you experience any problems with your download, please reach out — we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or colour

Dislike of the design after purchase
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
⏱️ Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement items are re-printed and shipped directly from our print partner as quickly as possible.
