Couples workout

Here is a couples workout for you to enjoy!

We hope it motivates and inspires many of you to push yourself beyond your comfort zone.

Lots of people have a training partner but by training as a couple there are obviously extra exercises that can be used :P

In this couples workout video you will see Diana & Lee performing some of the classic exercises with a slight twist, including:

  • Squats with partner press up

  • Simultaneous linked press ups

  • Pull up variations

  • Sit up with isometric squat

  • Lever & reverse crunches

  • Leg raises

  • Squat variations

  • Medicine ball movements
